Rentals are Saturday to Saturday, $2600 per week. ($2000 off-peak) We also ask for a refundable $500 security deposit. We do not add a cleaning or management fee. State and local taxes are 14.45%
The calendars below show the current status of the cottages. I use "pending" for when there is a verbal agreement, but the initial paperwork and deposits are not finished yet.
